In the app

1. Sign in to Pitstop or Pitstop Provider.
2. In Pitstop use Profile → Delete account. In Pitstop Provider use Me → Delete account.
3. Type the confirmation word and tap Delete my account.

Without the app

Send us the email address you sign in with. We reply by email to confirm, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your cars, with their maintenance records, expenses, reminders and build log
• Your profile, preferences, notifications and devices
• Your plan details, referral history and support messages
• Your workshop’s identifying details, catalog, branches, hours and uploaded files; the listing is closed permanently

Recipient chat history can remain indefinitely with a deleted-user label, including the original message text. A generic closed-workshop reference may remain in others’ maintenance records. Reports and hashed deletion audits expire after 90 days; completed website-request records expire after 90 days. Unresolved requests remain until handled. Cached file copies can outlast origin deletion. Restricted logs/recovery copies follow processor retention; see the provider privacy policy for details. Contact support to review personal information in a retained message.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.

أرسل لنا البريد الإلكتروني الذي تسجّل الدخول به. سنرد عليك بالبريد للتأكيد، ثم نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.

ما الذي يُحذف

• سياراتك، مع سجلات الصيانة والمصروفات والتذكيرات وسجل التطوير
• ملفك الشخصي وتفضيلاتك وإشعاراتك وأجهزتك
• تفاصيل خطتك وسجل الدعوات ورسائل الدعم
• بيانات الورشة المعرّفة بها وكتالوجها وفروعها ومواعيدها وملفاتها المرفوعة، مع إغلاق الصفحة نهائياً

قد يبقى سجل الطرف الآخر دون مدة انتهاء مع اسم مستخدم محذوف، بما في ذلك نص الرسالة الأصلي. قد يبقى مرجع عام للورشة المغلقة في سجلات الآخرين. تنتهي البلاغات وسجلات الحذف المشفرة بعد 90 يوماً، وسجلات طلبات الموقع المكتملة بعد 90 يوماً. تبقى الطلبات غير المعالجة حتى إتمامها. قد تستمر نسخ الملفات المخبأة بعد حذف الأصل. تتبع السجلات المقيدة ونسخ الاستعادة احتفاظ الجهات المعالجة؛ راجع سياسة خصوصية مقدم الخدمة. تواصل مع الدعم لمراجعة المعلومات الشخصية داخل رسالة محتفظ بها.

حذف الحساب لا يلغي الاشتراك. ألغِه أولًا من App Store أو Google Play.
