This policy explains what the Pitstop mobile app (Android and iOS) collects, why, who processes it, and how you can delete it. Pitstop is published by Kareem Hisham. By using Pitstop you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in method (email, Google or Apple).
• Garage data: vehicles, mileage, maintenance records, expenses, reminders, build log items and the messages you send to other users and workshops.
• Voice recordings: only when you choose to log a service by voice.
• Purchases: your plan and purchase status, received from the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.
• Invites: an invite code, if you joined through a friend's link.
• Support messages you send us, with your app version and device type.
• Technical data: a notification token, app version, platform and language.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising ID.

How we use it

To run your garage, work out what is due, total your expenses, send the reminders you turn on, deliver your messages, provide Pro features you pay for, and answer support requests. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Beta access requests

When you request Android beta access, we store your email, request date, tester status and email sending records in Supabase. Only the owner can manage this list. Resend sends request notifications and invitations; your email is added to Google Play Console to enable closed-testing access. A temporary, hashed network identifier limits spam and is removed after its rate-limit window expires.

We use the list to manage beta access and contact you about the beta. To withdraw a request or ask us to remove your beta signup information, use the website removal request form and mention “beta signup” in the note.

Voice recordings

Recordings are sent over an encrypted connection to be transcribed and turned into a draft record, then discarded. Audio is never saved with your records, and the temporary file on your phone is deleted after processing.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run Pitstop. They process data only on our instructions:

• Supabase: hosting, sign-in and storage
• Google Gemini: voice processing
• Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple: notifications
• RevenueCat, the App Store and Google Play: subscriptions
• Resend: support and beta email

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. A person or workshop you chat with sees your name and the messages you send them. When you transfer a vehicle, its history is shared with the person who receives it. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app from Profile → Delete account, or without the app at pitstop-gear.com/delete-account.

Deleting your account immediately removes your vehicles, records, expenses, reminders, profile and subscription data. Messages you already sent stay visible to the recipient, marked as from a deleted user. We keep a hashed deletion audit for up to 90 days, without an email or raw account identifier. This is not guaranteed anonymous. Recipient message text can still contain personal information; contact support for removal review. Shared-account deletion also closes and redacts any owned workshop and removes its catalog and uploaded files. Your rights

You can view and correct your information in the app at any time. To request a copy of your data, or to ask any privacy question, write to us from Profile → Contact support in the app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted per account so that only you can read your garage.

Children

Pitstop is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy as Pitstop evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you in the app before significant changes take effect.

لا نجمع موقعك أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو معرّف الإعلانات.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل جراجك، وحساب الصيانة المستحقة، وجمع مصروفاتك، وإرسال التذكيرات التي تفعّلها، وتوصيل رسائلك، وتقديم مزايا Pro التي تدفع مقابلها، والرد على طلبات الدعم. لا نستخدم بياناتك في الإعلانات ولا نبيعها.

طلبات الانضمام للنسخة التجريبية

عند طلب الانضمام لنسخة أندرويد التجريبية، نحفظ بريدك وتاريخ الطلب وحالة الاختبار وسجلات إرسال البريد في Supabase. يدير المالك وحده هذه القائمة. ترسل Resend الإشعارات والدعوات، ويُضاف بريدك إلى Google Play Console لإتاحة الاختبار المغلق. نستخدم مُعرّفًا مؤقتًا ومشفّرًا للشبكة للحد من الرسائل المزعجة، ونحذفه بعد انتهاء فترة الحد.

نستخدم القائمة لإدارة الاختبار والتواصل معك بشأنه. لسحب طلبك أو طلب إزالة بيانات الانضمام، استخدم نموذج طلب الإزالة واكتب «طلب الانضمام للنسخة التجريبية» في الملاحظة.

التسجيلات الصوتية

تُرسَل التسجيلات عبر اتصال مشفّر لتحويلها إلى نص ثم إلى مسودة سجل، ثم يتم التخلص منها. لا يُحفظ الصوت مع سجلاتك أبدًا، ويُحذف الملف المؤقت من هاتفك بعد المعالجة.

نعتمد على مزوّدين موثوقين لتشغيل Pitstop، ويعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا فقط:

المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. يرى الشخص أو الورشة التي تراسلها اسمك والرسائل التي ترسلها. عند نقل ملكية مركبة، يُشارك سجلها مع من يستلمها. لا نفصح عن المعلومات للجهات الرسمية إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من التطبيق عبر حسابي ← حذف الحساب، أو بدون التطبيق من pitstop-gear.com/delete-account.

يؤدي حذف الحساب إلى إزالة مركباتك وسجلاتك ومصروفاتك وتذكيراتك وملفك الشخصي وبيانات اشتراكك فورًا. الرسائل التي أرسلتها تبقى ظاهرة لمستلمها، منسوبة إلى مستخدم محذوف. نحتفظ بسجل حذف مشفر لمدة تصل إلى 90 يوماً دون البريد أو معرّف الحساب الأصلي، ولا نضمن إخفاء الهوية بالكامل. قد يتضمن نص الرسالة المحتفظ به معلومات شخصية؛ تواصل مع الدعم لمراجعته. يؤدي حذف الحساب المشترك أيضاً إلى إغلاق الورشة المملوكة وحجب بياناتها وحذف كتالوجها وملفاتها. راجع سياسة مقدم الخدمة للتفاصيل المشتركة والإشراف وحدود نسخ الاستعادة.

حقوقك

يمكنك عرض معلوماتك وتصحيحها في التطبيق في أي وقت. لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو طرح أي سؤال عن الخصوصية، راسلنا من حسابي ← اتصل بالدعم داخل التطبيق.

الأمان

تُشفَّر البيانات أثناء نقلها، والوصول مقيّد لكل حساب بحيث لا يطّلع على جراجك أحد غيرك.

الأطفال

Pitstop غير موجّه لمن هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور Pitstop. يوضح التاريخ في الأعلى أحدث إصدار، وسنخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريان أي تغييرات مهمة.
